Digital Marketing Specialist
CISBAS is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise campaigns across search, paid media, social and content channels.
About the role
The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and support integrated digital marketing campaigns for a range of clients. Working alongside strategists, creatives and analysts, you will help deliver measurable growth through SEO, PPC, paid social, content and conversion optimisation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and manage campaigns across SEO, PPC, paid social and email marketing.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis and competitor research.
- Write and edit compelling ad copy, content briefs, social posts and landing-page copy.
- Monitor campaign performance and produce regular client reports with actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, reduce acquisition costs and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with designers, developers and account managers to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Stay up to date with platform changes, industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing across at least two of the following: SEO, PPC, paid social, content or email.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics and how to interpret performance data.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics or similar platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- A results-driven mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
Nice to have
- Relevant marketing certification (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience with conversion rate optimisation and A/B testing.
- Agency background or experience managing multiple client accounts.
