Operations Manager
Operations leader to run fulfilment, supplier performance and process improvement for a fast-growing consumer brand.
A hands-on operations appointment for a direct-to-consumer brand whose order volume has outgrown its current processes. The role owns day-to-day fulfilment performance and the improvement programme behind it.
Responsibilities
- Own daily fulfilment, stock accuracy and despatch performance.
- Manage third-party logistics and supplier relationships.
- Design and implement process improvements across the operation.
- Report on operational KPIs and cost per order.
- Lead and develop a warehouse and operations team.
What we are looking for
- Operations management experience in e-commerce, retail or logistics.
- Track record of measurable process or cost improvement.
- Confident with WMS, ERP or inventory systems.
- Strong people management skills.
